Hosted by seasoned sushi che and bartenders, this hands-on experience will take you through the intricate steps of creating three delicious sushi rolls, each paired with a complementary 3oz cocktails

What to Expect:

• Guided Instruction: Our experienced sushi chefs will lead you through the process of making three different sushi rolls, covering techniques for rolling, cutting, and presentation.
• Fresh Ingredients: We provide all the fresh, high-quality ingredients you need to create your sushi masterpieces, from premium sushi-grade fish to crisp vegetables and authentic Japanese rice.
• Cocktail Pairings: Elevate your sushi experience with carefully curated cocktails designed to complement the flavors of each roll. Our skilled bartender will be on hand to explain the inspiration behind each cocktail.
• Interactive Learning: This is a hands-on class, so come prepared to get your hands dirty (and maybe a little bit sticky)! Don't worry if you're a beginner – our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

What You'll Make:

• Pina Colada Roll-

  Coconut shrimp, pineapple, pina colada sauce, cilantro, and sesame seeds

• Tequila Sunrise Roll-
  Cucumber, surimi, salmon, orange zest, and pomegranate sauce

• Moscow Mule Roll-
  Cucumber, tuna, sesame seeds, lime aioli, and crispy ginger
