• Butchery Demonstration: Afrim, our master butcher, will bring a half steer into Veritas and guide you through the fascinating process of butchering. You’ll learn about the different cuts of beef and the techniques used to break down a steer, all in the intimate setting of our parlor room.
• Gourmet Tasting: As Afrim works his magic, you’ll be treated to mouth-watering samples from the steer, including skirt steaks, flat iron steaks, top sirloins, and picanha. Complement your tasting with our chef-prepared sides: fresh focaccia rolls, crisp salad, creamy mashed potatoes, seasonal summer vegetables, and decadent cheesecake.
• Bourbon Pairing: Enhance your experience with expertly selected bourbon pairings, including samples of Blanton’s, Sazerac Rye, Eagle Rare, and Weller Special Reserve. Each sip will be perfectly matched to the rich flavors of the beef.
• Take-Home Delicacies: As a special gift, you’ll take home a 10 oz NY Strip and a 10 oz Ribeye, expertly butchered and ready to be enjoyed at your leisure.
